Preschool Financial Information

The CDC charges an annual tuition, divided into 12 (twelve) equal payments.

*Tuition is paid monthly and is based on yearly fees, regardless of absences or holidays

paper towels, cleaning/disinfecting/laundry supplies.

As stated in the Parent Center Agreement:

6.1 Should a student who is registered for the upcoming year withdraw before the first day of class, all tuition payments made to date will be refunded. Registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

• The (non-refundable) Registration Fee and Insurance Fee are due when Registration Packets are submitted.
• Resource Fees and Book fees are due July 1, 2011.
• If registering after July 1, 2011; Registration, Insurance, Resource and applicable Book Fees are due when Registration Packets are submitted.
• Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. The CDC does not bill for tuition.
• Tuition is paid monthly and is based on yearly fees, regardless of absences or holidays.
  Tuition is considered Late after 5 working days. Late Charge of 10% will be applied.
• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to bring payments to the office or mail to the office by the 1st of the month. Credit Card Option: pay online at www.PreschoolWestPalm.com.

• If a child is absent more than 20% of the instructional hours then Family Central will adjust the credit paid      and parent/guardian will be responsible for the difference owed to the CDC.  (Only 24 absences allowed the entire year)
• Tuition is due on the 1st of the month.  The CDC does not bill for tuition.
• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to bring payments to the office or mail to the office by the 1st of the month.  Tuition is considered Late after 5 working days.  Late Charge of 10% will be applied.
• Credit Card Option: pay online at www.PreschoolWestPalm.com  1.5% convenience fee for online payment.
• Wrap-Around Resource Fees are due July 1, 2011.
• If registering after July 1, 2011, Resource Fees are due with the Registration/Insurance Fees when Packets are submitted

      Sibling Discount:  10% discount is applied to older child’s tuition payment (with the exception of  Free VPK)
